For group accommodation we have connecting cottages where you can meet up with family and friends. Four of our cottages have Hot Tubs, ideal for a romantic weekend get-away.
Our stylish self catering cottages give you a choice of one, two or three bedroom cottages, all step free and set around a pretty courtyard garden with outdoor seating and dining areas. Elms Farm holiday cottages have over 18 acres of grass paddocks with a nature walk around two small lakes and a childrens play area.
Bring your dog on holiday, we have several dog friendly holiday cottages so your pooch can join you too. We also have Stables and Elm Cottages which are pet free for guests with allergies.
Book our amazing garden lodge with seating for 22 guests. The Lodge is sited in the grass paddocks with our BBQs and Pizza oven and also has a large outdoor seating space and childrens play area.
Elms Farm has a large car park with a Rolec EV charger with 2 11kW type 2 charging ports.
The charger is available to both holiday guests and the public. .
Pheasant and Partridge are kingsize bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms available for shorter stays including one night stays during the week. Ideal for business guests.
Our accessible holiday cottages have wider doorways with level step free access from car park to cottage for guests with limited mobility. Several holiday cottages have walk in wet room showers with grab rails suitable for wheelchair users and rise.and recline chairs.
A "Taste of Lincolnshire Welcome pack" of delicious local produce, Birthday cakes, Prosecco and Chocolates can all be pre booked and waiting for your arrival.
Elms Farm Holiday cottages are set in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, two miles from the busy market town of Boston. Guests can walk to the village pub which serves good food and local ales. A number of Farm shops and restaurants are close by.
