There are ten self-catering cottages to choose from, each boasting a wealth of amenities. With one, two and three bed options, these stylish homes can accommodate larger groups, as well as solo travellers.
Once serving as barns and stable blocks, these beautifully converted buildings now seamlessly combine rustic charm with contemporary conveniences. The cottages centre around a pretty courtyard garden, and there are over 18 acres of grass paddocks, wildflower meadows and lakes for you to explore at your leisure.
Dog-friendly accommodation
No holiday would be complete without your most loyal companion. If you’re looking for dog-friendly accommodation, Elms Farm Cottages are more than happy to accommodate your furry friend. Seven of the ten cottages here are dog-friendly, and pups are welcome to enjoy the extensive grounds. With an outdoor tap and spare towels for muddy paws, you and your pooch can enjoy the Lincolnshire countryside even on a rainy day.
Accessible accommodation
Elms Farm Cottages are leading the way for accessible accommodation. If you’re in need of assistance, a number of the cottages here have been adapted to help you enjoy a seamless stay. With wider doorways, step-free access and walk-in wet rooms, guests with limited mobility can enjoy a retreat without restrictions.
Pheasant and Partridge are kingsize bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms available for shorter stays including one night stays during the week. Ideal for business guests.

countryside, two miles from the historic market town of Boston. Guests can
